Step 1. Apply to CACC as a Transient student.
Step 2. Request a Transient Letter from your home college/university and send it to CACC.
How to Submit Your Transient Letter
You can submit your Transient Letter in one of the following ways:
- Upload it in your application when applying.
- Email it to enrollment-services@cacc.edu.
- Mail it to:
