Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Process

We are pleased to announce we have established a partnership with You will need to do the following:

• Log in by using your last name, last 4 digits of your social security number, and date of birth.

• Select appeal situation(s) that apply to you.

• Explain your situation in detail, upload supporting documentation.

• Complete an academic plan with your advisor and upload it into SAP Advisor.

To request an academic plan from your advisor, you will need to click this , complete the online form with your information and type in your advisor information (name and email) into the form (make sure the email is correct), sign and submit your request; If the email address is not correct, your advisor will not receive your request; your advisor will receive an email to complete your academic plan; once your advisor submits the request, you will receive an email to review your request; review your request, download the completed form, and upload it to your Inceptia SAP PortalIf you have any questions, please reach out to Financial Aid at financial_aid@cacc.edu.

• E-sign and submit your appeal.

Upon receipt of all required documents, ÃÛÌÒTV Alabama Community College will review your appeal submission. You will be notified via email if there are any questions or if additional documentation is required. Your school will contact you via your CACC Email and/or your OneACCS Student Portal with the results.
